Support That Doesn't End After Delivery

Personalized care that evolves with your progress.

Successful weight management isn't just about receiving medication—it's about having the right support along the way. Every ThriveMedRX program includes provider oversight, thoughtful dose adjustments, and pharmacy guidance throughout your treatment.

  • Scheduled Check-Ins

Regular provider check-ins help monitor your progress, discuss side effects, and ensure your treatment continues to align with your health goals.

  • Personal Dose Adjustments

Your provider gradually adjusts your treatment based on your clinical response, helping you progress safely without the guesswork.

  • Direct Pharmacy Support

Have questions about storage, administration, shipping, or handling? The compounding pharmacy is available for medication guidance during their support hours, generally Monday through Friday, 9–5.

  • Education You Can Understand

We believe informed patients make better decisions. That's why every treatment program includes clear educational resources to help you understand your medication, dosing, and what to expect throughout your journey.

Beyond Weight Loss

Your health doesn't stop
at the scale.

Weight loss may be where many patients begin, but it isn't where better health ends. ThriveMedRX also offers provider-guided wellness therapies designed to support energy, recovery, metabolic health, and healthy aging—built with the same transparent pricing and clinician-first approach as every program we offer.

  • NAD+ Therapy

Support your body's cellular energy—NAD+ is a naturally occurring coenzyme involved in energy production and cellular function. Under provider supervision, our wellness program is designed for patients looking to support energy, recovery, and healthy aging as part of a broader wellness program.

  • Glutathione Therapy

Support healthy cells from the inside out—known as the body's "master antioxidant," glutathione plays an important role in protecting cells from oxidative stress and supporting normal cellular function. Under provider guidance, our wellness program is designed for patients looking to support recovery, healthy aging, and overall wellness from the cellular level.

  • B12 & MIC Support

Metabolic support that complements your routine—our B12 + MIC wellness program is designed to support normal energy metabolism and can be incorporated into many patients' wellness goals, including alongside provider-directed weight management when appropriate.

Common Questions

Straight answers. No surprises.

Getting Started

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Every program begins with a secure online health assessment that's reviewed by a clinician licensed in your state. Medication is only prescribed if your provider determines it's appropriate based on your medical history and clinical evaluation. Your provider consultation is included in your monthly program price.

What if I don't qualify?

If your provider determines that treatment isn't appropriate, you won't be prescribed medication and you'll receive a full refund. Your health and safety always come before a prescription.

How long does the process take?

Most patients complete their health assessment in about 10 minutes. Provider reviews are typically completed within one business day, and if prescribed, your medication is prepared specifically for you and shipped in temperature-controlled packaging directly from the pharmacy.

What's the difference between Semaglutide and Tirzepatide?

Semaglutide works by activating the GLP-1 receptor. Tirzepatide activates both the GLP-1 and GIP receptors, giving it a dual mechanism of action. Both are once-weekly medications, but they differ in how they work and may be appropriate for different patients. Your provider can help determine which option best fits your health history and goals.

Pricing & Billing

Does my monthly price increase as my dose changes?

No. Your provider adjusts your treatment based on your clinical response—not your budget. Whether your dose changes over time or stays the same, your monthly program price remains unchanged throughout your treatment.

Are there any hidden fees or memberships?

No. We believe healthcare pricing should be simple. Your monthly program includes your provider consultation, prescription review, medication (if prescribed), injection supplies, shipping, and ongoing clinical support. The price you see is the price you pay.

Can I cancel or pause my program?

There is nothing to cancel. ThriveMedRX does not auto-renew anything and does not store a recurring charge. Every order is placed by you, one at a time — when you want more, you check out again. No subscription, no long-term commitment, no cancellation fees, and no phone call to get out of anything.

Safety & Medication

Is compounded medication the same as the brand-name product?

Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies for individual patients pursuant to a valid prescription. While they contain the prescribed active ingredient, compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products and are not interchangeable with brand-name medications. Your provider will determine whether a compounded medication is appropriate for your treatment.

Who should not take GLP-1 medications?

GLP-1 therapy isn't appropriate for everyone. Certain medical conditions, medications, and health histories—including a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2, a history of pancreatitis, or pregnancy and breastfeeding—may make treatment inappropriate. Your provider carefully reviews your health history before prescribing any medication.

What side effects should I expect?

Like all prescription medications, GLP-1 therapies can cause side effects. The most common are gastrointestinal and may include nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, or decreased appetite, particularly during dose adjustments. Most side effects improve as your body adapts to treatment. Your provider will guide your dose progression and help manage any concerns throughout your program.

What happens if I experience side effects?

If you experience side effects or have concerns during treatment, contact your provider through the patient portal. Your clinician may recommend lifestyle adjustments, temporary dose modifications, or changes to your treatment program based on your individual response.

Shipping & Storage

How is my medication shipped and stored?

Your medication is shipped in temperature-controlled packaging with tracking to help maintain product integrity during transit. Storage instructions are included with every prescription, and your pharmacy is available to answer questions about handling or administration.

Do I have to inject at a clinic?

No. These medications are designed for convenient self-administration at home. Every shipment includes injection supplies and detailed instructions, and both your provider and pharmacy are available if you have questions about administering your medication.

Still have questions?

We believe patients should understand their treatment before they begin. If there's something you can't find here, our team is happy to help you make an informed decision.

Your dose may change. Your price won't.

Start your online visit today. A licensed provider reviews your intake, and if therapy isn't right for you, the hold on your card is released and you're never charged.
